Public consultations generate thousands of survey responses, comments, testimonies and proposals, far more material than any team can meaningfully read one by one. Responsible AI helps organise large volumes of citizen input into a clear map of shared concerns, emerging priorities and genuine areas of disagreement. PresentIA is exploring how AI can help organise this input by grouping related ideas, mapping where perspectives converge or diverge and making the full range of views visible.
Deliberate with care
Citizen assemblies and facilitated dialogue turn evidence, experience and diverse perspectives into informed recommendations. Citizens, experts and public institutions examine evidence and perspectives together. AI supports understanding and identify potential common ground, while difficult or divisive questions remain with human facilitators and participants.
Show what changed
A transparent accountability trail follows public input from participation through analysis and deliberation to the institutional response, so people can see what was heard, how it was considered and what action followed. Our hybrid model combines semantic clustering of public input, iterative human-centred deliberation, escalation of unresolved disagreements to facilitation and auditable links to institutional decisions.

Our starting point is a methodology in development. We are testing, learning and designing it with partners across citizens, civic society, public institutions, research and technology.
